*Turnkey Homes-leave the stress to us. You bring us your plans and we
take care of permits and building of the project from start to finish.
*Shell Framing-designed with the home/owner builder in mind. We will
build the shell of your home for you, including foundation/subfloor, wallls, windows, siding and roofing. You then arrange
for your own licensed electrician and plumber to complete the rough in and take care of the finish work yourself. This
is an option for a homeowner with some level of carpentry experience to save a bit of money by doing the work themselves.
*Miscellaneous-garage/carport add ons, decks, extensions etc. Bring us
a copy of your plans and we can take care of the rest.
